Job summary

The role demands a strong technical background in .NET, microservices, cloud-native delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and AI-assisted tooling, plus hands-on SDLC, risk, change, and release management. On-site in Kerala, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of software project management experience.
• Experience as Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Proven ability to manage fixed-bid software projects from planning to production.
• Strong technical background with .NET, Microservices, MS SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery.
• Hands-on SDLC, Agile delivery, software estimation, risk management, change management, and release management.
• Ability to drive technical execution by understanding architecture, dependencies, implementation plans, and delivery risks.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Customer teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management tools.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 10+ members.
• Strong financial acumen including effort estimation, resource planning, budget forecasting, utilization, and project margin management.
• Working knowledge of application security, secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and engineering governance.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity.
• Experience applying AI for software development activities such as code reviews, documentation, test case generation, root cause analysis, backlog refinement, and engineering automation.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, data security, and best practices for the safe use of AI in software engineering.
• Ability to evaluate, adopt, and drive AI-enabled engineering practices across development teams while ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

Mandatory

• 12 to 18years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager role.
• Proven experience managing fixed-bid software development projects from planning through production.
• Strong technical background with experience in .NET, Microservices, MS SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native application delivery.
• Hands-on understanding of the complete SDLC, Agile delivery, software estimation, risk management, change management, and release management.

Desired Skill

• Experience in the Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, Docker, and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Product Engineering organizations
• Exposure in working on responsing to RFPs and using AI assited proposal creation.
