Job summary

NeST Digital seeks a Technical Project Manager with 12–18 years of experience, including 2+ years in a PM/Engineering Manager role, to oversee fixed-bid software projects from planning through production. You will guide technical execution across architecture, dependencies, and delivery risks while collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and customer teams.

• Proven experience managing fixed-bid software development projects from planning through production.
• Strong technical background with .NET, Microservices, MS SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery.
• Hands-on SDLC, Agile delivery, estimation, risk, change, and release management.
• Ability to drive technical execution by understanding architecture, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Customers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent PM tools.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 10+ members.
• Strong financial acumen: effort estimation, resource planning, budgeting, utilization, and margins.
• Working knowledge of application security, secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and governance.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity (GitHub Copilot, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise).
• Experience applying AI for code reviews, documentation, test generation, RCA, backlog refinement, and automation.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, data security, and safe AI practices in software engineering.
• Ability to evaluate and drive AI-enabled engineering practices across teams while ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

Desired Skill

• Experience in the Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain.
