Job description

Job Title: .NET Technical Lead

Experience: 10 - 14 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working hours: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design, architecture decisions, coding, and advanced debugging across the full stack.
• Ensure documented standards, engineering processes, and development best practices are consistently followed.
• Perform and oversee unit, integration, and system testing to ensure conformance to functional and technical specifications.
• Provide production support and root cause analysis for critical incidents (3rd line support).
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using AngularJS, .NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application layers and mentor team members in resolution approaches.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the platform.
• Drive AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and documentation.
• Apply and guide the team in Prompt Engineering techniques for programming tasks including code generation, refactoring, test creation, debugging, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Establish responsible and secure usage standards for AI coding tools within the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, C#, ADO.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of experience building RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex relational database queries, stored procedures, and views.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure App Services).
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
• Experience with source control tools such as TFS and/or Git.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day‑to‑day engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts for complex programming tasks (Prompt Engineering for software development).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience with Azure cloud platform architecture and optimization.
• Knowledge of additional front‑end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and containerization.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test automation strategy.
• Exposure to AI‑driven engineering metrics and productivity improvement initiatives.
