Job summary

Systango Technologies Limited in Indore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.

You will act as the bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring project goals are met with quality and speed. The role requires hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project management in the IT/software industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technology understanding - familiarity with development lifecycles and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery and tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello.
• Exposure to working with global clients across diverse domains (Fintech, Healthcare, eCommerce, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification or Agile-related certifications is a plus.

• Deliver detailed project performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster clear and transparent communication with international clients and internal teams.
