Job summary

Addepar is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to join our team in a hybrid setup, based in Pune. In this high-impact role, you’ll scale the Addepar Platform and architect cross-cutting solutions that redefine product interactions.

You will lead a talented engineering team, drive delivery across functions, and collaborate with partners to ensure successful platform strategies in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams in fintech space.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good experience with the tech stack: Java 17/21, Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS, SQL/noSQL databases.
• Nice to have CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

To Succeed In This Role, You Must Have

• Good experience and knowledge in the tech stack including: Java (Version 17 OR 21) , Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS , SQL/noSQL Databases
• Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines ,terraform, docker, kubernetes, etc

Important Note: This role requires you to be in office 3 days a week. (Hybrid Work Model)
