Job summary

Addepar is expanding its Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team in Pune, seeking a software engineering manager to lead a growing full-stack group delivering AI-powered data products for private markets.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical design, and collaborate with global product and design teams to implement scalable solutions. A strong background in Python or Java and AWS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Full-stack, product engineering experience a big plus.
• React experience a plus.
• Strong experience with Python OR Java will be required.
• Experience with AWS will be highly preferred.

The Role

We are currently seeking a software engineering manager to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll lead a full-stack team of engineers and collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver client-facing features that will set us apart from our competitors.

Important Note: This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (hybrid work model)
