Job summary

Alten is seeking a Software Engineer with experience in Android application development and automotive HMI for our Pune team. You will work on Android Automotive platforms (AAOS/AOSP) using Java and Kotlin and contribute to system and user applications.

Responsibilities include building, debugging, and validating Android components, collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams, and guiding junior developers while delivering high-quality embedded software for automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics or Computer Science.
• 5–8 years total experience with 2–3 years automotive Android software.
• Hands-on Android development with Java/Kotlin.
• Experience in automotive Android HMI for system and user apps.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture and framework.
