Role Overview

Join us as a Software Engineer – Fullstack at Barclays, where you will spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will harness cutting‑edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and improve software using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks and tools, providing business, platform and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable and optimised for performance; collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers and other engineers to define requirements, devise solution strategies and ensure seamless integration.

Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations. Adhere to secure coding practices, mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data and implement effective unit testing practices.

Location: Pune. The role is based out of Pune.
