About the Role

We're looking for a Golang developer early in their career who wants to build production-grade backend services in a fast-moving, AI-native fintech environment. You'll write real code that ships, integrate LLM and AI platforms into live products, and grow quickly across systems design, concurrency, and data infrastructure. This is a hands-on builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You'll Do

• Build, ship, and maintain backend services and APIs in Go.
• Develop REST and gRPC endpoints that are clean, well-tested, and documented.
• Integrate with third-party APIs (broker, market data, payment, and partner systems).
• Integrate AI/LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) into backend services and build AI-driven features.
• Work with relational and columnar databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and message queues.
• Write performant, concurrent code using goroutines and channels.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and monitoring of live services.
• Collaborate on system design and take ownership of features end to end.

Must-Have

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience building backend services in Go.
• Strong grasp of Go fundamentals: goroutines, channels, interfaces, error handling, and concurrency patterns.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic query optimization.
• Hands‑on experience working with AI/LLM platforms or APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) — building integrations, prompts, or AI‑powered features.
• Comfortable with Git, Linux, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
• Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.

Good to Have

• gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Exposure to ClickHouse or other columnar/time‑series databases.
• Experience with Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• WebSockets and real‑time data streaming.
• Exposure to fintech, trading, or capital markets (broker APIs, market data, order flow).
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or multi‑model routing.
• CI/CD pipelines and cloud experience (AWS).
• Familiarity with low‑latency or high‑throughput systems.
