Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in software development, preferably in backend or distributed systems development.
• Hands‑on experience with Go (Golang) and understanding of microservices architecture.
• Basic to intermediate experience working with Kafka or other messaging/event‑streaming platforms.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, backend service development, and software design principles.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases such as Oracle.
• Exposure to Snowflake or other modern data platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure concepts.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to financial systems, payment processing, or transaction‑based applications.
• Understanding of event‑driven architecture and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and automation solutions is a plus.

Education Qualification

• B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical certifications preferred (AWS, Linux, Windows, Atlassian, etc).
