Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with software design, development and deployment, object-oriented software development
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into software via APIs, libraries or SDKs
• Produce high quality software solutions and operate in an Agile environment
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI limitations, and responsible use
• Good understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
• Strong software design skills and attention to detail
• Identify and implement process improvements in engineering practices
• Provide input for technical documentation and customer training

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating task effort and dependencies within the Sprint
• Contribute to technical documentation and user training materials
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver increments and quality software
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex systems

Requirements

• Experience with software design, development and deployment, object-oriented software development
• Practical experience integrating AI/Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into software using APIs or libraries (e.g. LLMs, ML services, or SDKs)
• Produce high quality Software Solutions Experience / knowledge of operating in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile principles
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI limitations, and responsible use (bias, security, correctness)
• Good understanding of Windows Operating systems: Windows 10\Windows 11
• Good software designing skills and usage of tools
• Have a strong desire for quality, and attention to detail, good solid analytical skills
• Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering practices
• Provide input and technical content for technical documentation, user help materials and customer training
• Assist in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within the Sprint, as a scrum team member
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment composed of peers and cross-functional members
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills involving complex systems
• Good understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with tools utilized in development environment is desirable, they are: Jira Confluence Sonar GitHub GitHub Actions Docker CI / CD Pipeline
