Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mumbai is seeking an authentication and OTC systems specialist to implement, monitor, and maintain OTC generation and validation services. You will work with product and UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience and provide Level 2/3 support.

Key Responsibilities

• OTC System Management: Implement, and maintain OTC generation and validation systems. Monitor the performance and security of OTC delivery channels (SMS, email, authenticator apps, etc.). Ensure high availability and low latency of OTC services.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure OTC systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g. RBI guidelines). Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of OTC infrastructure.
• User Experience & Support: Work with product and UX teams to ensure seamless user experience during authentication. Provide Level 2/3 support for OTC-related issues and escalations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of OTC workflows, configurations, and incident logs. Generate reports on usage, failures, and fraud attempts for management review.
