You will manage multiple agile engineering squads delivering cloud-native enterprise products built on .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. In this hybrid role, you will balance deep technical architecture and high-level project management, defining engineering roadmaps, leading architectural design boards, and mentoring senior tech leads.

Responsibilities:

• Direct multiple cross-functional agile squads building high-performance cloud applications on C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.
• Establish and enforce top-tier engineering standards, including code quality, comprehensive automated testing, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with product managers and enterprise clients to define product roadmaps, scope technical deliverables, and allocate resources.
• Architect modular microservices and database schemas utilizing MS SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure API Management.
• Manage and grow engineering talent, conducting performance evaluations, professional development plans, and technical mentorship.
• Oversee project execution timelines, risk mitigation profiles, and delivery metrics to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or engineering manager role.
• Deep technical mastery of C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core, and MS SQL Server database design.
• Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).
• Excellent team management, communication, and executive presentation skills with a history of scaling productive agile squads.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert credentials are a major plus.
