Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack Development, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Management. The ideal candidate will lead software development teams, drive cloud transformation initiatives, oversee application architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, solution architecture, and strategic planning to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, technical leads, DevOps engineers, and QA professionals.
Establish development standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and technical coaching.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Application Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
Provide technical leadership for full-stack solutions using:

Review application architecture and ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
