Job summary

Birlasoft Limited is seeking a SDET Subcontractor in Bengaluru to drive UAT activities across ERP/CRM environments. You will translate business requirements into robust UAT test cases, validate end-to-end workflows, and coordinate with users to obtain sign-off.

Strong defect-tracking, SQL validation, and API testing skills are essential. This role requires exposure to Agile sprint cycles and experience with tools like JIRA or ADO.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
• Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.
• Knowledge in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
