Job summary

Tesco Bengaluru is seeking an experienced engineering lead to align product and technical initiatives with business goals. You will lead design discussions, translate stakeholder needs into improvements, and mentor engineers across domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Managers, incident resolution, and reusable Proofs of Concept to evaluate new tools. A hybrid work model is offered to balance in-person collaboration and remote work.
