Job summary

Latinem in India is seeking a Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend) to build scalable, production-grade applications. The role emphasizes using AI code-generation tools to accelerate development and then harden outputs for reliability and security.

You will create responsive UIs with React, develop .NET APIs, and design Azure SQL and PostgreSQL databases, focusing on performance, logging, and CI/CD readiness.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

• Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend), with strong
• database expertise across Azure SQL and PostgreSQL. A defining part of this role is
• leveraging AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate
• development, then hardening AI generated output into secure, performant, productiongrade applications
• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React using hooks, modern state management, and REST/API integration.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Design, query, and optimize relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL including
• schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, and equivalents) to scaffold and generate application code efficiently.
• Review, refactor, and debug AI-generated code — identifying logic errors, security gaps, performance issues, and anti-patterns.
• Convert prototype and AI-generated applications into production-grade systems: robust error
• handling, structured logging, security hardening, automated testing, scalability, and CI/CD readiness.
• Collaborate with the team on code reviews, architecture decisions, and deployments
