Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend), with strong database expertise across Azure SQL and PostgreSQL.
• A defining part of this role is leveraging AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate development, then hardening AI generated output into secure, performant, production grade applications
• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React using hooks, modern state management, and REST/API integration.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Design, query, and optimize relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, and equivalents) to scaffold and generate application code efficiently.
• Review, refactor, and debug AI-generated code identifying logic errors, security gaps, performance issues, and anti-patterns.
