We are M&G Global Services, a European savings and investments group with offices in Mumbai and Pune. We are seeking an experienced Software Asset Management professional to own software entitlement, deployment and usage data, ensuring licence compliance and cost optimisation across the estate.

The role involves data reconciliation, renewals support, audits, and stakeholder communication, with exposure to continuous improvement of SAM practices within a global finance context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Asset Management or SAM processes.
• Familiar with license compliance and data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze usage data and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain software entitlement, deployment and usage data to support an accurate view of M&G’s software estate.
• Support licence compliance through reconciliation, exception analysis and risk identification.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through usage analysis, re-harvesting, licence rationalisation and cost avoidance.
• Support renewals, audits and true-ups by preparing data, analysis and reports.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and provide timely SAM reporting, insights and operational support.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Technology and suppliers on SAM activities and issue resolution.
• Manage SAM tickets in line with agreed service expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of SAM practices, documentation and ways of working.
