Responsibilities

• Architect and govern Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud).
• Define enterprise MarTech architecture including CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution.
• Establish integration patterns between Salesforce, MarTech apps, and backend systems.
• Develop roadmaps and target operating models for Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and ensure security and data governance compliance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption across customer-facing functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Front Office to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer-facing platforms across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions. The role will drive front office transformation initiatives with a focus on Salesforce ecosystem, Marketing Technology platforms, integration architecture, and business process modernization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, Salesforce solutions, MarTech ecosystems, and business transformation, enabling seamless customer engagement and revenue growth across the organization.

Hiring Location: Kochi/Trivandum/Gurgoan/Noida / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience

Minimum 5+ years of Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform experience

Platform Strategy & Architecture

• Architect and design Salesforce-based solutions across:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Commerce Cloud
  • Revenue Cloud
  • Custom Salesforce implementations
• Define and govern enterprise MarTech architecture including:
  • Marketing Automation platforms
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Analytics and Attribution solutions
• Establish integration patterns between Salesforce, MarTech applications, and enterprise backend systems.
• Develop scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture roadmaps.

Business Transformation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy through deployment and optimization.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Define target operating models for Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation, efficiency, and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives across customer-facing functions.

Technical Governance & Standards

• Establish architecture governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and solution blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

Integration & Ecosystem Management

• Define integration strategies across:
  • Front Office systems
  • ServiceNow and Middle Office platforms
  • ERP and Back Office systems
• Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across enterprise applications.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and technology leadership teams to maintain architectural consistency.
