Salesforce Architect

What You’ll Be Doing

• Propose and author Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution
• Build and implement applications on the Salesforce platform with experience in Salesforce Admin and Development
• Be involved in larger scale Salesforce implementation projects
• Develop software solutions, including coding, testing, and deployment
• Use Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Salesforce REST API, and Data Loader
• Understand the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
• Implement solutions using Visualforce
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications using REST & SOAP
• Assess and determine the optimal solution to align business processes

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years industry / CRM experience, with minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce
• Deep and extensive knowledge of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc
• Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Visualforce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
• Possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications
• Project management experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• Experience using Salesforce data tools
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams
