Job summary

Brightstone is seeking a dedicated Soft Service Executive for Mohali to oversee housekeeping and soft services at residential sites. You will manage vendor staff, coordinate with clients and residents, and ensure high service standards across shifts.

This on-site role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to plan, inspect, and improve day-to-day operations while working with the Property Manager and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation degree with expert knowledge in housekeeping and soft services.
• 3–5 years of work experience in soft services or housekeeping at residential sites.
• Adequate MS Office exposure and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise vendor personnel and housekeeping staff assigned to the residential units.
• Plan, schedule, inspect work, and assign tasks to housekeeping supervisors and staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and de-brief all supervised staff at the end of each shift.
• Monitor SLA's and KPI's for housekeeping and outsourced agencies towards effective service delivery.
• Oversee vendor quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.

Position: Soft Service Executive, Mohali

What this job involves

You will be ensuring that all soft service operations are maintained to the highest standards during your shift duty. Taking charge of housekeeping and soft services within the residential property, managing the vendor team and supporting the Property Manager for coordinating with clients and occupants.

• Manage and supervise vendor personnel and housekeeping staff assigned to the residential units.
• Plan, schedule, inspect work, and assign tasks to housekeeping supervisors and staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and de-brief all supervised staff at the end of each shift.
• Prepare checklists, documentation and conduct regular inspections at site to check for service gaps.
• Monitor that staff follows proper cleaning procedures to ensure surfaces are maintained optimally.
• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed.
• Be responsible for training, development, and grooming sessions for housekeeping staff.
• Maintain stock records and issue requisition forms as per requirement.
• Oversee vendor quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.
• Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and all required details for reporting.
• Monitor SLA's and KPI's for housekeeping and outsourced agencies towards effective service delivery.
• Attend major complaints and elevate to the Property Manager if necessary.
• Schedule monthly vendor meetings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure closure of all required reports.

Qualifications

• Graduation degree with expert knowledge in housekeeping and soft services, with min 3-5 years of work experience in soft services/housekeeping operations at residential sites.
• Candidates with residential property experience will be preferred.
• Adequate MS Office exposure and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
