Job summary

Clirnet Services is seeking a proactive Videographer and Video Editor to plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for social media campaigns across Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and longer formats.

The role requires hands-on camera, lighting, and audio control, collaboration with marketing, and travel for events and shoots while ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for social media campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Capture engaging Reels, short-form videos, interviews, events, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
• Independently manage camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.
• Identify interesting moments and creatively capture content suitable for social media.
• Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to understand content briefs and campaign objectives.
• Travel for shoots, events, centre visits, and other brand-related activities whenever required.
• Edit engaging and high-quality videos optimized for different social media platforms.
• Create short-form content with strong hooks, smooth transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, and engaging storytelling.
• Adapt videos into different formats, including Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and long-form content.
• Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and other creative elements where required.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage raw footage, project files, and final exports in an organized manner.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, editing techniques, transitions, and content styles.
• Proactively suggest new video ideas and creative concepts for campaigns.
• Understand what makes content engaging and optimize videos for better reach and audience retention.
• Experiment with creative shooting styles, storytelling formats, and editing techniques.
