Job summary

Prowiz Mansystems in India is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to drive our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You will plan monthly content calendars, publish engaging posts and monitor trends to grow followers and visibility.

You will also create creative content, edit short and long videos, maintain brand consistency, support campaigns with analytics, and prepare regular performance reports to guide strategy.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company's social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility.
• Respond to comments, messages and audience interactions professionally.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular MIS/performance reports.

2. Content Creation

• Create creative content for company branding, products, services, events and campaigns.
• Develop concepts and ideas for Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos and awareness content.
• Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, video descriptions and basic scripts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, photographs and video footage.

3. Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Add transitions, subtitles, music, graphics, animations, voiceovers and other effects as required.
• Ensure videos follow current social media trends and platform-specific formats.
• Shoot basic videos/photos when required using mobile/camera equipment.
• Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photos and creative assets.

4. Branding & Creative Support

• Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, tone, fonts, colours and visual style.
• Create creatives for company announcements, recruitment campaigns, events and marketing activities.
• Work closely with HR, Sales, Operations and Management teams for content requirements.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

5. Analytics & Performance

• Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance.
• Track reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views and leads.
• Identify high-performing content and develop strategies to improve engagement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
