Job summary

CLIRNET is seeking a talented videography and content creator to plan and execute high-quality video shoots for social media campaigns and brand initiatives. You will capture engaging Reels, short-form videos, interviews, events, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content while independently managing camera, lighting, framing, and audio.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Content Creation

Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for social media campaigns and brand initiatives.

Capture engaging Reels, short-form videos, interviews, events, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.

Independently manage camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.

Identify interesting moments and creatively capture content suitable for social media.

Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to understand content briefs and campaign objectives.

Travel for shoots, events, centre visits, and other brand-related activities whenever required.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit engaging and high-quality videos optimized for different social media platforms.

Create short-form content with strong hooks, smooth transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, and engaging storytelling.

Adapt videos into different formats, including Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and long-form content.

Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and other creative elements where required.

Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Manage raw footage, project files, and final exports in an organized manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with brands, agencies, healthcare, lifestyle, corporate, or digital media content.

Knowledge of photography will be an added advantage.

Experience in creating content for both corporate and consumer-facing audiences.

Ability to bring fresh ideas and contribute creatively beyond execution
