Job summary

Grapes invites a creative Design Trainee/Intern to join our team. You will work on social media creatives, basic motion graphics, and digital content using AI-powered tools. A strong visual sense and willingness to learn are essential.

Work with senior designers to develop static and animated content for brand campaigns. Exposure to industry-standard tools and collaborative projects helps you grow in graphic and motion design.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.
• Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media posts, digital ads, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Create basic motion graphics, animations, reels, and short video edits.
• Assist senior designers in executing concepts and visuals for campaigns.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, improve workflows, and enhance outputs.
• Maintain brand visuals consistency across designs.
• Edit and refine creatives based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with design, motion, and AI trends.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Trainee / Intern with a passion for graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, basic motion design skills, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools. You will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging static and animated content for digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively

Preferred (Optional)

• Internship, freelance, or academic project experience in graphic or motion design
• Understanding of social media content formats like Instagram Reels, ads, and short-form videos
• Interest in AI-driven creative workflows and content generation
• Basic understanding of reel/video shoot execution and content creation is a plus.
