JOB DESCRIPTION SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE – CONTENT, DESIGN & VIDEOGRAPHY

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Executive who can conceptualise, create, shoot, design, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of content creation, videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design, with a focus on building an engaging and consistent brand presence.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Creation & Social Media

• Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop Reels, videos, stories, static posts, carousels, and campaign content.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, and basic copy for social media.
• Create content around projects, lifestyle, architecture, events, people, and brand stories.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, sounds, and emerging content opportunities.

2. Videography & Photography

• Plan and execute video and photography shoots for projects, events, campaigns, and social media.
• Capture high-quality project walkthroughs, site progress, lifestyle content, employee stories, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Handle basic camera, lighting, framing, composition, and audio requirements.
• Identify and create opportunities for spontaneous and trend‑based content.

3. Video Editing

• Edit Reels, short‑form videos, project videos, interviews, and campaign content.
• Add music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, effects, and voiceovers.
• Optimise videos for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

4. Graphic Design

• Design static posts, carousels, stories, social media creatives, and campaign collaterals.
• Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand's identity and guidelines.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into strong visual communication.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in content creation, videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short‑form content, static creatives, and carousels.
• Good visual sense, creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Experience handling professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing.
• Experience creating content from concept to execution independently.
