Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the specialist will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on data insights, and coordinating with internal teams to align messaging with broader marketing goals. The specialist will also respond to audience interactions, stay updated on platform trends and best practices, and support digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns that support business objectives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation, with a focus on crafting engaging, platform-appropriate visuals and copy.
