Role Description

The Social Media Manager – Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across Instagram and other social platforms in line with client brand strategies. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting captions, coordinating short-form video shoots, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring basic analytics to track performance. The intern will collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and contribute ideas for organic growth campaigns. This is an internship role, based on-site at Kirativity Media Co in Jabalpur, requiring regular in-person coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and enhance platform presence and engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop aligned messaging, captions, and narrative-driven social content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, understand client requirements, and present ideas clearly.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, short-form video trends, and creator tools (e.g., Reels, Stories, analytics) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
