Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, developing content calendars, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content and strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand's online presence remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with the ability to manage and grow brand presence across key platforms.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear messages and interact professionally with online communities and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Proficient Writing skills for creating engaging, accurate, and on-brand social media content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred.
