Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaigns
• Manage day-to-day community engagement: comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Track performance metrics and analytics; report insights and optimize strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce creative assets
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social formats
• Manage paid social campaigns and budgets in coordination with the marketing team
• Monitor brand reputation and respond to PR-sensitive situations appropriately

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience
• Proven track record of growing engagement and following across platforms
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience with social media management/scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Nice to Have

• Experience running paid social ad campaigns
• Influencer/creator partnership experience
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
