Job summary

Aspiration is looking for a creative Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and other platforms. You will shape content strategy, plan campaigns, engage audiences and analyze performance to drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with the creative, content and video teams, stay on top of trends, and grow reach and followers through both organic and paid activities, delivering regular reports and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
• Experience in content planning, campaign execution and analytics.
• Understanding of current social media trends and formats.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in media/entertainment or agency is a plus.
• Candidates with music/entertainment content knowledge are preferred.
