Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign management. The Social Media Manager will create and edit social media content, coordinate with designers and writers, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and monitor community interactions such as comments and messages. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance brand visibility and audience growth. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of campaigns.
