Job summary

Maxus Builders in Jaipur specializes in boutique hotels and heritage properties across Rajasthan. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to translate the character of these properties into polished visuals, from social media posts to investor decks.

You will design creatives for social media, brochures, and branding materials for launches; develop digital ad content; maintain brand consistency; and collaborate with marketing to turn briefs into compelling designs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalents such as Figma, Canva Pro, CorelDRAW).
• Portfolio showing range across digital and print work (mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media (posts, reel covers, stories, carousels), brochures and investment decks.
• Create branding material for property launches and events: invitations, standees, hoardings, signage and print collaterals.
• Develop visual content for digital ad campaigns (Meta and other platforms) in multiple formats and sizes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all collaterals, and keep templates and brand guidelines up to date.
• Work with the marketing and social media teams to turn briefs into effective designs.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors when needed.
• Handle revisions quickly and meet deadlines.
• Support basic photo editing and retouching of property images.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn the character of these properties into polished visuals, from social media creatives to investor-facing decks.

• Design creatives for social media (posts, reel covers, stories, carousels), brochures and investment decks
• Create branding material for property launches and events: invitations, standees, hoardings, signage and print collaterals
• Develop visual content for digital ad campaigns (Meta and other platforms) in multiple formats and sizes
• Maintain brand consistency across all collaterals, and keep templates and brand guidelines up to date

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalents such as Figma, Canva Pro, CorelDRAW)
• Strong sense of typography, layout, colour and composition
• Experience designing presentations or brochures is preferred
• A portfolio showing range across digital and print work (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback and work to deadlines
• Good to have: basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and experience in real estate, hospitality or luxury branding
