Job summary

Nothing in India is seeking a Social Media Lead to scale our channels and build a generational Gen Z/Alpha brand. You will drive organic growth, craft content that feels native, and push campaigns to achieve massive reach beyond traditional channels.

The role requires deep platform knowledge, fast turnarounds, an eye for design, and the ability to coordinate a high-performing team to reach 1B impressions by 2027.

• Content is your default setting; you create end-to-end content and may have built a personal channel with significant following.

• You move fast; turning content around quickly and at high volume is your strength.
• You have elite design taste and a visual standard that meets Nothing's creative benchmarks.

And if we want to become a defining Gen Z / Alpha brand, our marketing has to live on social and dominate digital culture at massive scale and efficiency. We take over feeds, not billboards.

We’re hiring a Social Media Lead in India to scale our channels past 1B organic impressions in 2027. We view social media as a primary engine for growth, not a secondary channel to integrate campaigns into.

What we are looking for:

1. 1. You live on social. You benchmark the best brands and content daily and you know what actually moves culture right now.
2. 2. You get native content. You know platform mechanics inside out and how to make content that feels organic, hits hard and breaks reach records.
3. 3. Content is your default setting. You make stuff for fun, build end-to-end effortlessly and have ideally built your own channel past 50K followers.
4. 4. You know how to scale. Impact still drives you but you know 1B impressions isn't a solo act - it takes a killer team, tight strategy and efficient operating model.
5. 5. You're insanely resourceful. Your default is always "how do we do this?" instead of pointing out why can't it be done. Letting things stall is never an option.
6. 6. You move fast. Turning content around in 30 minutes gets you pumped, not stressed. Speed and high-volume execution is your element.
7. 7. Last but not least - you have an elite eye for design. High design taste isn't something that can be taught; you either have it or you don't and your visual bar effortlessly lives up to Nothing's creative standards.
