What you'll actually do:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and execution of social media presence.
• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
• Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for timely content delivery.
• Lead and manage the social media/content team to ensure weekly deliverables are completed on time.
• Assign tasks, coordinate workflows, track progress, and follow up with team members.
• Ideate and execute engaging content formats including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, videos, educational content, and campaign-based content.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and relevant conversations to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Write or oversee captions, hooks, CTAs, and other social media copy while maintaining consistency in brand tone and messaging.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and ensure timely engagement with the audience.
• Track social media performance using platform analytics and relevant tools.
• Analyze key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, views, and content performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Experiment with new content formats and strategies based on performance insights.
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to align social media activities with ongoing campaigns and business goals.
