Job summary

Alokknight is seeking a full-time internship to manage content calendars and social media packages for our brand and clients. You will create captions, craft carousels, and schedule posts across multiple platforms, with real deliverables in a fast-paced setting.

This 3–6 month program runs 48 hours per week (Mon–Sat), remote or from our Lucknow office, with direct mentorship from the founder and a path to a full-time offer for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Strong written English with attention to platform nuances.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).
• Basic Canva skills and ability to brief a designer.

Responsibilities

Run the content calendar for our brand and support the social media packages we manage for clients: ideas, captions, carousels, scheduling and monthly reporting. This is a full-time internship (48 hours a week, Monday to Saturday), remote or in Lucknow.

What you'll do

• Plan weekly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X
• Write captions and carousel copy; design simple carousels in Canva or Figma
• Prepare posts for client approval and schedule them through our portal
• Monitor comments and messages and flag what needs a reply
• Produce a monthly performance summary: reach, engagement, followers, leads
