Job Description:

If you're organized and understand the importance of thoughtful online communication, this role is for you. At Social Pill, you'll manage content posting, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and support online reputation management for a healthcare-related brand. You'll ensure content goes live on time, online queries are handled professionally, and monthly social media performance is presented clearly. The role requires attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Ensure all content is published accurately and according to the approved content calendar.
• Check captions, creatives, tags, and other content elements before publishing.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, account managers, and clients to ensure timely content approvals and execution.
• Follow up on pending approvals, feedback, and deliverables to keep the content calendar on track.
• Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and timely.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

• Monitor comments, reviews, direct messages, and other audience interactions across social media platforms.
• Respond to queries and feedback professionally, empathetically, and in line with the brand's communication guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive complaints, patient concerns, and queries requiring expert input to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a professional and sensitive approach when handling healthcare-related communication.

Reporting & Monthly Social Media Deck

• Prepare a monthly social media performance deck covering key metrics, content performance, engagement, audience insights, and overall account progress.
• Maintain weekly performance logs and feedback summaries.
• Highlight key observations, content trends, and areas for improvement based on monthly performance.
• Coordinate with the internal team to gather relevant data and insights for reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Prior experience working with healthcare, medical, or caregiving brands is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to prepare clear, well-structured monthly social media performance presentations.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• A professional, empathetic approach to handling online queries and sensitive communication.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
