Trionix Global, a full-service digital marketing and technology agency, is hiring a Social Media Lead in India. You will independently build content strategy, steer a creative team, and personally create or appear in content when needed.

The role blends strategic thinking, team coordination, creative direction, and fluency with AI content tools. Strong on-camera presence and client coordination are essential to drive brand stories across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation (portfolio/reel required).
• Strong understanding of algorithms and content performance across major platforms.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools CapCut, VN, Meta Edit, or similar.
• Experience coordinating creative teams (photographers, videographers, editors, designers).
• Familiarity with AI generation tools for video and image content.

Aufgaben

• Build content strategy for client accounts based on brand goals and audience.
• Stay current with algorithm behavior and best practices across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Translate platform trends into actionable content plans.
• Build and manage content calendars, hook planning, and storytelling frameworks.
• Coordinate and manage a creative team of 3-4 members, including the editing team
• Direct photo and video shoots — briefing photographers, videographers/cameramen, and designers
• Review and guide output to ensure consistency with brand and strategy
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, brand tone, and approvals
• Edit video using tools like CapCut, VN, and Meta Edit
• Design creatives in Canva with strong creative direction
• Guide and QC reels, short-form videos, and static content
• Appear on camera — presenting, hosting, or acting as talent in reels
• Promote content and brands on video
• Generate AI videos using Kling, Higgsfield, and similar platforms
• Generate AI images using Midjourney, DALL·E, or equivalent
• Troubleshoot content and production roadblocks independently
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts

We're hiring a Social Media Lead who can independently build content strategy, understand platform algorithms, direct a creative team of photographers, video editors, cameramen, and graphic designers, and personally step in to create, edit, or appear in content when needed. The role blends strategic thinking, team coordination, creative direction, and AI-tool fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build content strategy for client accounts based on brand goals and audience
• Stay current with algorithm behavior and best practices across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Translate platform trends and algorithm shifts into actionable content plans
• Build and manage content calendars, hook planning, and storytelling frameworks
• Coordinate and manage a creative team of 3-4 members, including the editing team
• Direct photo and video shoots — briefing photographers, videographers/cameramen, and graphic designers
• Review and guide output from the creative team to ensure consistency with brand and strategy
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, brand tone, and approvals
• Edit video using tools like CapCut, VN, and Meta Edit
• Design creatives in Canva with strong creative direction
• Guide and QC reels, short-form videos, and static/carousel content produced by the team
• Appear on camera — presenting, hosting, or acting as talent in reels and brand videos when required
• Confidently promote content, brands, or personal presence on video
• Generate AI videos using tools like Kling, Higgsfield, and similar platforms
• Generate AI images using tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or equivalent
• Troubleshoot content and production roadblocks independently
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation (portfolio/reel required)
• Strong understanding of algorithms and content performance across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
• Working knowledge of video editing tools — CapCut, VN, Meta Edit, or similar
• Experience coordinating creative teams — photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers
• Familiarity with AI generation tools for video and image content (Kling, Higgsfield, and others)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Excellent client communication and coordination skills
• Experience managing a team of 3-4 members
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
• Good to have: prior agency experience handling multiple brand accounts

• Good to have: understanding of platform-specific trends and emerging formats
