Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of design is mandatory (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Strong interest in social media management and content creation.
• Comfortable being camera-friendly and appearing in videos when required.
• Good eye for aesthetics, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the brand's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement.
• Create and assist in designing social media content such as posts, stories, reel covers, and creatives, along with editing in-house reels for digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms.
• Actively participate in content creation, including being camera-friendly for reels, stories, and videos when required.
• Support day-to-day social media planning and help execute content calendars.
• Track basic performance metrics and assist in improving engagement and reach.
