The Date Crew is building the world’s most human-first relationship platform, designed to help people find the right partner without bias, burnout, or broken metrics.
This role is a creator-led social media position: you’ll craft high-retention video content, grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube, Threads and more, and develop a distinctive voice in the relationships space.
Your curiosity, speed, and ownership matter as you experiment with hooks, pacing, and formats to inspire real connections.
The Date Crew is building the world’s most human-first relationship platform - one that helps people find the right partner without bias, burnout, or broken metrics.
We are not building another dating app. We are not here to gamify love or reduce human connection to left and right swipes.
We are designing technology that understands people - their values, behaviours, emotional patterns, and relationship goals and helps transform how they approach love.
A system that does not simply show people more profiles, but helps them become more self-aware, more intentional, and more ready for a meaningful relationship.
Our vision is to create a new kind of platform—one that combines psychology, technology, human behaviour, and personalised guidance to help people build meaningful partnerships with depth, warmth, and zero noise.
This has never been done before. And that is exactly why we are doing it.
We are looking for a Social Media Hustler - someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to create content people cannot scroll past.
This is not a traditional social media manager role where you simply schedule posts, follow a content calendar, and maintain a page.
We want someone who is deeply plugged into the internet—someone who constantly observes trends, studies hooks, notices why one Reel works and another does not, and enjoys experimenting with pacing, storytelling, formats, and distribution.
You should already be running your own Instagram page or have previously built one. Your page does not need to have millions of followers, but it should demonstrate that you understand how content works.
No formal work experience is required. Your curiosity, execution speed, taste, and hunger matter far more than your résumé.
