About the Role

As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content and engagement for our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars for client social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Write engaging, professional, and on-brand social copy aligned with client messaging
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using relevant tools
• Engage with audience comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor client mentions and flag potential issues (crisis/risk escalation)
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth
• Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with trends in corporate communication and digital media
