Job summary

TruEstates.ai in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive social media marketer to help grow our digital presence. The role targets fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related fields and 0–1 year of relevant experience.

You will work with social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, develop content calendars, craft engaging posts, and track performance using basic analytics.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field. Freshers with relevant academic projects or practical experience are welcome to apply.
• Location: Must be currently based in India.

• Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Basic understanding of content planning, content calendars, social media campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Ability to identify social media trends, relevant topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and insights, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, views, clicks, follower growth, and conversions.
• Basic understanding of social media performance tracking and reporting.
• Good understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media optimization is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms for content ideation, research, caption writing, trend research, and productivity.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, experiment with new content ideas, and stay updated with evolving social media trends.
• Interest in real estate, technology, AI, and digital-first businesses is an added advantage.
