The Bride Side in New Delhi is seeking a creative Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience in fashion and lifestyle brands to manage and grow our social channels, especially Instagram, and to craft engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic.

You will plan content calendars, coordinate with creators, designers and BTS shoots, develop dynamic campaigns, monitor performance with analytics, and support digital marketing initiatives to boost reach and engagement.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Plan, develop, and execute engaging content calendars.
• Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and content styles.
• Coordinate with creators, designers, photographers, and internal teams for content production.
• Attend and coordinate Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) shoots, including on-site content creation.
• Develop creative content strategies to improve brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and track key metrics.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and ensure timely content delivery.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Executive with a strong background in fashion and lifestyle brands who can create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and bring our brand story to life across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• -Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• -Plan, develop, and execute engaging content calendars.
• -Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
• -Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and content styles.
• -Coordinate with creators, designers, photographers, and internal teams for content production.

What We’re Looking For

• -1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• -Prior experience with fashion and lifestyle brands is mandatory.
• -Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
• -Excellent content sense, creativity, and a strong aesthetic eye.
• -Good understanding of social media analytics, reach, engagement, and performance metrics.
• -Awareness of emerging trends, content formats, and viral opportunities.
• -Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• -A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• -Comfortable attending BTS shoots and coordinating on-site content creation.
• -Experience in the wedding, events, bridal, or luxury lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
