Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Social Media Executive in Mumbai to manage and grow our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more. You will craft engaging short-form videos, identify trends, and collaborate with photographers, designers and creators for social shoots.

You will work with marketing during launches and campaigns, develop ideas to boost engagement and followers, and ensure content reflects a premium brand image across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms
• Create and execute short-form video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, stories and other engaging formats
• Identify and quickly leverage trending sounds, hashtags, challenges, formats and social media trends
• Create fragrance storytelling content that communicates the personality, notes, mood and occasion of each perfume
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and content creators for social media shoots
• Develop content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, followers and product interest
• Work closely with the Marketing and Brand team during new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Identify and collaborate with suitable beauty, fashion, lifestyle and fragrance influencers/content creators
• Track and analyse social media performance including reach, engagement, views, followers, shares and saves
• Ensure all social media content reflects the company's premium brand image and visual identity

JOB OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media pages, identifying trends, and increasing brand visibility and engagement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
