About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands‑on Social Media Executive to manage Cosmoshop_DS’s social media presence and contribute to organic growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a strong content sense, and be comfortable creating and shooting short‑form videos in‑house.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars.
• Ideate and create engaging, relatable, and trend‑led content, especially Reels and short‑form videos.
• Participate in and coordinate in‑house video shoots, including ideation, scripting, planning, and execution.
• Stay updated with viral trends, sounds, memes, formats, and competitor activity.
• Write and coordinate hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams for timely content execution.
• Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Experiment with new content formats and ideas to improve organic growth.
• Take ownership of assigned social media activities from ideation to execution and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
• Experience in D2C, e‑commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short‑form content.
• Good understanding of trends, hooks, creative concepts, and storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience with social media video shoots.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
