Job summary

Aishwarya Interiors Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru seeks a social media specialist to develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, turning interior design projects into engaging content.

You will plan a monthly content calendar, coordinate with designers and site teams, create reels and posts, and monitor performance to drive leads and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company projects, campaigns and marketing goals.
• Create engaging content around interior design projects, before & after transformations, site progress, completed projects, materials, finishes and design concepts.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers and Site Teams to collect project photos, videos and updates.
• Create and manage Reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags and other social media copy.
• Identify and use relevant interior design trends, audio, formats and content styles.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers and ensure quality project photography and videography.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone and visual style across all platforms.
• Manage comments, messages and audience interactions professionally.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, views and conversions.
• Analyse competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with agencies, if required.
• Ensure all published content is accurate and aligned with the company's brand standards.
