Job summary

Attitude Tally Academy in Ghaziabad is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, with a focus on driving engagement and leads.

You will stay on top of trends, write compelling captions, coordinate with designers and video editors, manage DMs and comments, and track performance metrics to refine content and grow the brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and viral content formats
• Write engaging captions and hooks to increase reach & engagement
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation
• Manage DMs, comments, and audience interaction
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize content
• Assist in running basic ad campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Basic understanding of social media platforms & trends
• Creative mindset with strong content ideas
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools is a plus
• Passion for marketing, content, and growth
