You will collaborate with design, performance, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life, personalize brand voice, and adapt content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong writing and storytelling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, content plans, and copy for social media campaigns, reels, ads, and branded content
• Write platform-specific, scroll-stopping captions that reflect the brand voice and resonate with target audiences
• Work closely with design, performance, and client servicing teams to bring campaign ideas to life
• Personalize brand communication to feel more human, contextual, and culturally relevant
• Repurpose content across platforms with a deep understanding of what works on each (Instagram vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube)
• Identify real-time trends and turn them into moment marketing or meme-based content with quick turnaround
• Think creatively and conceptually without heavily relying on AI tools originality is key
• Conduct content audits and strategy reviews for existing brands to identify gaps and opportunities
• Take ownership of content calendars and delivery timelines across multiple clients

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing
3. Exceptional writing and editing skills in English with a flair for storytelling
4. Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and tone
5. Experience in moment marketing, meme marketing, and crafting reactive, real-time content
6. Ability to ideate independently, think outside the box, and generate original content
7. A portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual thinking and impactful writing
8. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus

Good to Have

1. Experience writing scripts for short-form videos and reels
2. Hands-on with content planning tools like Trello, Notion, or Buffer
3. Prior agency experience.
