Job summary

Dharmik Life is seeking a Social Media & Content Intern to manage our Gurgaon-based on-site social presence. You will create content for Instagram and YouTube, edit videos, and engage with customers, working closely with the founder to build the brand voice.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, have basic video editing skills (CapCut), and are eager to learn. The internship is 6+ months with potential growth into marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dharmik Life social accounts: posting, commenting, customer queries.

• Find and manage influencer collaborations (barter/paid).
• Assist on-ground events initiation and execution.
• Collaborate with colleges for brand reach.

Title: Social Media & Content Intern (On-Site | Gurgaon)

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site only)

Type: Internship (Full-Time, 10 hours/day | Minimum 6 months)

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. We've achieved 30x growth in 12 months to a ₹4Cr+ revenue run rate. We're backed by founders of Bewakoof, Upside Learning, the ex-CTO of Slice, and alumni of IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Stanford and Harvard. We're gearing up for 2027 and building a solid team for it. As we scale, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to build the brand's voice and face on Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Run Dharmik Life's social accounts, including posting, commenting and resolving customer queries.
• Content Creation: Shoot engaging content for our different Instagram and YouTube accounts, including appearing on camera for the brand.
• Founder's Brand: Help strategise, shoot and edit content for the founder's Instagram account.
• Customer Interaction: Call customers regularly to understand how they see our products, and turn those insights into content ideas.
• Influencer Collaborations: Find and manage influencers for barter and paid collaborations.
• On-Ground Events: Help initiate and run Dharmik's first on-ground events.
• College Collaborations:Onboard and partner with colleges and student communities to introduce Dharmik's products to young audiences.
• Video Editing:Edit reels, shorts and YouTube videos from raw footage to final export.
• Customer Stories and UGC: Collect testimonials and user-generated content from customers and turn them into posts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube, and what makes reels and content work.
• Comfortable being on camera for the brand.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar). Advanced tools are a plus.
• Comfortable calling customers for a couple of hours daily.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Creative mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Eager to learn and open to continuing with Dharmik Life after the internship.
• Willing to relocate to Gurgaon (strictly on-site).
• Minimum commitment of 6 months.
